1. How long have you and your significant other been together? Well, it depends on how you would define "together". We have been married for 7 years, this year. We dated for a year before we got married. We were VERY good friends for a year before we began dating (like the first time I met his dad, I was sleeping at his Grandmas house. We were just good friends) I met him a couple days after Christmas 1999. So, there you go.....

2. Who eats more? Greg, hands down...as far as FOOD goes. HOWEVER, He cannot even start to compare with the amount of snacks, and sugar I can consume at any given time.

3. Who said I love you first? Honestly, I am not sure. The whole really close friends BEFORE we started dating, made that happen pretty fast, and it was just mutual conversation that brought that out. I remember the conversation, just not who came out with it first :)

4. Who is taller? Yep, that would be me. BUT, just by a fraction of an inch, seriously.

6.Who does laundry? I do, although Greg does from time to time.

7. Who does dishes? I do. But, Greg helps with that too.

8.Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? For MOST of our marriage that would be me. BUT, when he works graveyards, the line between right or left on the bed gets VERY blurred

9. Who pays the bills? I have paid them our entire marriage. BUT, latley it has been more of a team effort, which I like

10. Who mows the lawn? I LIKE to mow, but Greg LOVES to mow. I usually let him, and he lets me handle the flower beds. A good comprimise.

11. Who cooks dinner? Actually, we share the cooking. He is a very good cook. and I like to think that I know my way around a kitchen, also. We really enjoy cooking together. Jealous??? :)

12.Who drives when you are together? Greg is literally a professional driver, so you can prob figure out who drives when we are together....HOWEVER, I am a good driver, my lack of a driving record proves it :)

13. Who is stubborn? neither of us is too stubborn. I think we are pretty balanced here.

14.Who is the first to admit they are wrong? Me. I don't like feeling that we are not on the same team, and will usually make the first effort to smooth over any bump we encounter.

15. Who's parents do you see the most? We see my Dad the most, because he is the only parent who lives within two states of us ( just across the valley). Seeing his parents and my mom, almost the same. We love seeing them, and will take a visit as often as they want to grant them :)

16. Who kissed who first? HaHa, this is a great story, that I am not going to fully share. I will just say we sort of tricked eachother into kissing. It was talked about BEFORE hand, and could only be considered mutual.

17. Who proposed? Greg did, and it was simple and perfect.

18. Who is more sensitive? Me. FOR SURE :)

19. Who has more friends? We both have a good circle of friends, and are lucky to count most as mutual friends

20. Who has more siblings? We have the same, but reversed. I have two sis and one bro. He has two bro and one sis.

21. Who wears the pants? Well, I would like to say ME, but if there is a decision to be made, we have always tried to make sure that it is made together. We each were one leg, I guess! :)

Alright, I tag Alex, Natty, Chelsea, Kristin, and Rachael I NEVER complete these things, so you have to promise since I did, you will too :)

This was fun!! I was looking at our old photos, and decided to take a little look back. I have to say, between Greg and I, we pretty much ALWAYS have a fun time, and I hope it never changes :)

New Paint

So, I painted our kitchen a couple days ago, and really like it. It looks really orange in these pics, but does not look orange, at all, when you see it in person.

MOM- what should I do with the cabnets now? They look YELLOW, we are considering painting them china white, what would you do?

A Photoshop Breakthrough!!

Photoshop 7.0 has been a struggle for me since I was given it, by my in laws almost 2 years ago. I knew that it could not possibly be a difficult as I was making it. I have even considered buying a "photoshop 7.0 for Dummies" book, that I saw at Barnes and Noble!!

Tonight, I had a breakthrough!!! :) I was downloading papers off various sites, and found a VERY basic tutorial on one site, that REALLY helped me wrap my mind around that basics of this crazy program!!!

This is a VERY boring post, but if you are in the same boat, you should check out the tutorials on http://www.designerdigitals.com/ It helped my so so so much! I finally was able to play around with the custom title (even though I don't love the one I created). BTW, they have step by steps for other similar programs, also.

Anyway, I know that this is boring, but thought I would share my find!

So, there are so many fun and random things that I want to chat about on our Fam Blog, but they just don't fit the format. Sooooo, I am creating this blog as my personal spot, so that I have a place that I can say what I want to say, when I want to say it !! :)

Also, just as a side note, I created the url "goodtimescarly.blogspot.com" as an ode to my Dad, cause growing up, that is what he always called me :)
